New patients begin with Initial Craniosacral Session (90 minutes). Return patients choose the session that matches your energy and what your system can comfortably hold.

This first session gives us space to understand what brings you in and listen to how your system is showing up. Together, we begin sketching a gentle map of how I can best support you moving forward.

Return Session - 60 Minutes

A steady, focused hands-on session that offers enough time to settle in, check in briefly, and move into gentle craniosacral work that supports regulation, eases tension patterns, and helps your system find a quieter rhythm. A good choice if you’re feeling relatively stable and want regular, ongoing support.

Return Session - 75 Minutes

Return Session - 75 Minutes

A little more time and a little more space. This option allows for a slower entry into the work and more time on the table. It’s ideal if your symptoms fluctuate, if you’re recovering from stress or medical procedures, or if you benefit from a longer unwind.

Extended time for deeper settling. A spacious, unhurried session for systems that need more time to shift out of tension, pressure, or overwhelm. A good fit during periods of flare, recovery, or whenever your body is asking for more room to recalibrate.
