Naturopathic Medicine at Quiet Medicine

Naturopathic Medicine is part of my background and informs how I understand the body, illness, and long-term patterns—but it isn't the primary service I offer here. My clinical foundation as a naturopathic doctor gives me a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, chronic illness, and integrative approaches to care. I draw on this knowledge gently and strategically, in ways that support the hands-on craniosacral work.

I am not practicing full-scope naturopathic medicine in this setting.
Instead, I integrate naturopathic tools only when they genuinely feel supportive, realistic, and appropriate for what your system most needs right now.

A Foundation That Supports the Work

My naturopathic training included extensive study of biomedical sciences, physical medicine, integrative health, and the connection between different body systems. This perspective helps me understand why symptoms show up the way they do, how stress affects physiology, and where the body may be holding tension or overwhelm.

This background shapes how I listen, how I pace sessions, and how I make suggestions over time. It is more of a lens than a protocol.

A Slow, Strategic, Less-Is-More Approach

At Quiet Medicine, any naturopathic guidance is:

  • simple
  • strategic
  • offered slowly
  • individualized
  • based on what your system can realistically hold
  • rooted in relationship and observation over time

I do not offer:

  • long supplement lists
  • large functional medicine protocols
  • extensive labs
  • rapid-fire recommendations
  • overwhelming or protocol-heavy treatment plans.

I offer suggestions when they feel timely and supportive—often after I’ve had a chance to understand your system more deeply.

What This Means For You

If you’re looking for a comprehensive naturopathic doctor or full integrative medicine treatment, I may not be the right fit. There are practitioners who specialize in that style of care.

If you want a quieter, slower, clinically grounded approach—where craniosacral therapy is the foundation, and naturopathic medicine plays a gentle, supportive role—Quiet Medicine may be a good match.

My Focus

  • Craniosacral Therapy
  • Attuned, hands-on work
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Slow, sustainable change
  • Thoughtful, realistic naturopathic guidance only when helpful

This combination is what I can genuinely offer right now—and what I believe serves my patients most effectively and sustainably.
