Is This Work Right for You?

Finding the right kind of care matters. If you’re wondering whether craniosacral therapy or my way of working is a good fit, the reflections below may help.

A Steady, Attuned Approach

This work is steady, attentive, and deeply attuned. It moves at a pace that supports your nervous system and honors your body’s capacity, rather than pushing or overriding it. My work centers on attention, clarity, and attunement. I don’t overwhelm people with supplements or task lists; any naturopathic suggestions I offer are simple, strategic, and paced with your body’s capacity. Here, your system sets the pace — not the other way around.

If that feels like a relief, you may be in the right place.

You May Feel at Home Here If…

  • Your body and nervous system feel sensitive or easily overwhelmed. You may move between wired and exhausted, or feel drained by noise, light, touch, or exertion.

  • You live with complex or chronic conditions, including ME/CFS, Long Covid, POTS or other forms of dysautonomia, MCAS/MCAD, or EDS/hypermobility. You don’t need a clear diagnosis; this work meets your system as it is.

  • You experience ongoing symptoms or nervous-system patterns such as chronic tension or pain, post-concussion or head-impact effects, or trauma patterns that affect how your system settles and recovers.

  • You’ve experienced medical trauma or difficult healthcare encounters, and are looking for care that is empathetic, steady, and supportive rather than rushed or dismissive.

  • You’re seeking gentle, hands-on support to unwind tension, release stress, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

How This Work Helps

This work is not about rapid results or forcing change. It’s about creating space for your body and nervous system to settle, recognize balance, and rebuild resilience over time. I help reduce both the internal noise of a stressed nervous system and the external noise of conflicting opinions and rushed care, so your system can finally breathe.

When This May Not Be a Fit

You might not find this work helpful if you are looking for:

  • Quick fixes or rapid results
  • Forceful, mechanical, or intense bodywork
  • Protocol-driven functional medicine or extensive supplement plans
  • Diagnostic assessment or primary medical care

Unsure? That’s Okay

Many people come here simply because something in them wants a calmer, more grounded way forward.

Next Step

You’re welcome to schedule a session and see how your body responds. Your system will tell us what’s possible—and we’ll follow that lead.
