Restorative Care in a Chaotic World
Restorative Care in a Chaotic World
I offer calming, hands-on craniosacral therapy for people living with chronic symptoms, sensitive nervous systems, and the effects of long-term stress. My work is slow, quiet, and intentional — a space where your body can settle, soften, and be heard without pressure or overwhelm.
Most of our time together is spent on the table. We begin with a brief check-in, then shift into gentle craniosacral work that helps unwind tension, support nervous system regulation, and bring you back to yourself. Over time, as clarity emerges, I may offer simple, strategic naturopathic suggestions — but never more than feels right for you.
If you’re looking for steadiness, safety, and a place to breathe, you’re in the right spot.

Quiet Medicine is a calm, grounding space for people who live with chronic symptoms, sensitive nervous systems, or the long-term effects of stress. Many patients come to me feeling overwhelmed by information, dismissed by providers, or unsure where to turn next. Here, you’re met with steadiness, patience, and care that unfolds at a gentler pace — a pace that honors both your body’s limits and the need for truly sustainable healing work.

My work centers on hands-on craniosacral therapy — a quiet, restorative way to help the body soften, unwind long-held tension, and settle the nervous system. Instead of pushing your system to do more, we create space for it to find its own balance. Over time, as patterns become clearer, I may offer simple, strategic naturopathic guidance. Nothing rushed. Nothing overwhelming. Only what feels supportive and doable.

Quiet Medicine is built around the belief that healing happens when you feel safe, unhurried, and deeply listened to. My goal is to offer a place where your body can breathe, your symptoms are taken seriously, and you have room to move toward clarity at your own pace. This work follows a slow, steady rhythm — one that allows care to remain present, attuned, and sustainable for both of us.
I offer craniosacral therapy in long, quiet sessions designed to help your body soften, settle, and find steadiness. Most of our time together is hands-on, with only a brief check-in at the start of each visit.
As clarity grows over time, I may suggest simple, strategic naturopathic steps that support your body’s rhythm — never a long protocol, never more than feels manageable. My work is slow, intentional, and centered around what your system can truly hold.
Sessions are available in 60, 75, or 90 minutes.
I work with people who live with chronic symptoms, sensitive nervous systems, and the lingering effects of stress, illness, or injury. Many of my patients have felt overwhelmed by information, dismissed by providers, or unsure how to find steady, supportive care. Quiet Medicine offers a calm space to land — one that meets you where you are and moves at a gentler pace.
I support people navigating long-standing symptoms such as fatigue, pain, digestive sensitivity, dizziness, or flare-ups that come and go. Many of the people I work with have complex presentations that don’t fit neatly into one diagnosis or that become worse with stress, exertion, or overstimulation.
I work with those experiencing the effects of autonomic imbalance, chronic stress, ME/CFS, Long Covid, POTS, MCAS, EDS/hypermobility, trauma patterns, or burnout. My approach is quiet and restorative, helping your system find steadiness rather than pushing it to perform.
I also work with athletes and non-athletes recovering from concussions or repetitive head impacts. Craniosacral therapy offers a gentle, hands-on way to support the nervous system, ease tension patterns, and help the body integrate and settle after impact.
My work is hands-on, quiet, and unhurried. I don’t offer protocol-based integrative medicine, rapid treatment plans, or high-intensity interventions. Instead, I support your body in finding a more grounded rhythm — at a pace that is sustainable for both of us.
I am a naturopathic doctor in Saint Paul, MN with a practice centered on slow, hands-on craniosacral therapy. I’m trained in naturopathic medicine, chronic illness support, mindfulness-based therapies, and gentle, trauma-informed approaches that honor the pace of sensitive nervous systems.
My background includes private clinical practice and research in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Minnesota, as well as additional training in Craniosacral Therapy, the Perrin Technique, Hakomi, Motivational Interviewing, massage, and homeopathy. I also volunteer at Sholom Hospice, providing bereavement and end-of-life support — work that continues to shape my commitment to presence, patience, and deep listening.
Alongside my clinical training, I have lived with complex chronic illness for over a decade. This experience profoundly informs how I practice: with spaciousness, respect for pacing, and an understanding that healing requires safety, clarity, and time. It’s why Quiet Medicine unfolds at a slower rhythm — one that allows care to remain attuned, grounded, and sustainable for both of us.
I offer care that is steady, intentional, and centered on what your system can truly hold. Whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, autonomic imbalance, or the long-term effects of stress or injury, you’ll be met with gentleness, honesty, and support that grows at your body’s pace.
