At Quiet Medicine, I offer a calm, hands-on approach centered around Craniosacral Therapy. Sessions are spacious and unhurried, with most of our time spent on the table. We begin with a brief check-in, then shift into gentle craniosacral work that helps your system soften, unwind tension, and settle.
My focus is on creating the conditions your nervous system needs to rest, recover, and reorganize—without rushing, pushing, or overwhelming you.
I bring a combination of clinical training and quiet, attentive presence to this work. As a naturopathic doctor with extensive anatomy, bodywork, and integrative medicine experience, I have a deep understanding of how the body functions, where it holds tension, and how stress and illness can shape our physiology over time.
This background supports the hands-on work, but does not dominate it. I don’t try to “fix” everything in one visit or deliver long protocols. Instead, I meet your system with curiosity, patience, and respect for its pace.
Years of clinical experience—and my own experience navigating chronic illness—have taught me that meaningful change happens slowly and sustainably. My role is to support that process rather than accelerate it beyond what your system can handle.
Craniosacral Therapy is the foundation of my work.
Naturopathic guidance is offered gently and only when helpful.
Instead of complex, all-at-once treatment plans, I offer simple, strategic suggestions based on what I learn over time—often after several sessions. This might include ideas related to stress physiology, pacing, sleep, digestion, gentle lifestyle shifts, or other supportive tools.
There is no pressure for supplements, protocols, or extensive testing. Recommendations are always aligned with what feels realistic, sustainable, and appropriate for your energy. This is a journey we approach slowly and respectfully, giving your system the time it needs right now.
Healing is not linear, and it rarely happens overnight.
My approach is relational and rhythm-based: we allow your system to settle, observe how it responds, and make decisions from there.
Many people benefit from a small series of sessions to build momentum.
This gives your body time to:
I would rather see someone a few times and make one meaningful recommendation than overwhelm them with ten on the first visit.
You’ll see several session options when you book. All sessions are hands-on and follow the same gentle pacing. Here’s how to choose:
You can choose what feels right—there is no pressure to start with a longer session.
This work is well suited for people who:
If you’re seeking a grounded, gentle, hands-on approach—and the space to heal at your own pace—this may be the right place for you.
